GAIL WILLADSEN- CRISCIONE Gail Willadsen-Criscione opened the doors to Star Struck Dance in 1989 shortly after completing her reign as Miss Staten Island. Growing up as a competitive dancer, she was no stranger to the dance world. Gail knew she wanted to share her passion for dance at a very young age and choose teaching as her profession. Opening her doors at 18 years old, her goal was to train her students to be explosive performers. She takes great pride in running her business & feels blessed to work with an amazing staff that were all trained under her wing. She has extended the Companies training by bringing in guest teachers & choreographers from across the country who are now part of the SSDS family.  Gail & her staff have been the proud recipients of countless Choreography, Entertainment and High Score awards. Her students have won numerous Titles & National Championships on the East & West Coast & made Starpower history this year bringing home 4 Victory Cups. Many of her students have continued to pursue professional careers in performing and teaching. Gail also is a notable judge across the nation for top competitions and pageants.  Gail puts her heart and soul into her work, loving every minute of the incredible life that she has been blessed with. She credits her success to an amazing supportive clientele that rarely changes but continuously grows. Her biggest accomplishment is her beautiful family. Her husband Andrew and two daughters Cameryn 16 and Peyton 9 are her inspiration and sanity. Her Mom is her best friend. Gail says that being the Director of SSDS is her claim to fame and she hopes to continue having a positive affect on all the children that walk through her doors. She will infect her students with self confidence and a love for dance that will remain in their hearts long after their lessons are complete.
JACKIE COLADONATO Jackie Coladonato began her dance training when she was nine years old here at Star Struck Dance Studio. At the age of 17, she traveled with the Starpower Power Pak to Branson Missouri and Las Vegas Nevada and even performed with MC Hammer. Jackie soon wanted to take her shot at dancing professionally and auditioned for an NBA dance team. In 2006, she was hired by the New Jersey Nets as a Nets Dancer. She danced with them for four amazing seasons making unforgettable memories and forever friends. While on the Nets, Jackie learned from and trained under many notable names in the dance industry such as Luam, Jermaine Brown and Adar Wellington. Jackie also had the opportunity to travel with the Nets to Mexico City Mexico and London England where she danced, made appearances and promoted the NBA.  Although she has retired in her professional career, Jackie has since married in 2012 and had a beautiful little girl in 2013. Jackie enjoys teaching and sharing the art of dance with all of her students here at star struck. "It takes an athlete to dance, but an artist to be a dancer" 
GABRIELLA BOSHNACK Gabriella started dancing at the age of 3 here at Star Struck Dance. She has trained in all genres of dance and has taken class with major choreographers at Broadway Dance Center, Millennium Dance Complex: Tokyo, and many dance conventions. Gabriella is represented by of one of the biggest talent agencies on the east and west coast, MSA Agency (McDonald Selznick Associates.) Gabriella's most recent credit was being a swing on the National/International Tour of the Broadway show Bring It On: The Musical. While pursuing her professional dance career Gabriella loves teaching and choreographing here at SSDS! 
DINA CROWE Dina Crowe began as a member of the Star Struck Company 20 years ago. She earned a Bachelor degree from the College of Staten Island with a major in Science Letter and Society & her Masters Degree from Touro in elementary & Special Education. Dina is a 6th grade teacher at IS 7. She loves being part of the Star Struck family and hopes to always share her love of dance with children.
COURTNEY CACACE Courtney has been a part of Star Struck Dance Studio for 15 years.  She began dancing at the age of two, and was a part of SSDS's company for 12 years. Courtney has been trained in different styles of dance including jazz, hip-hop, tap, lyrical, ballet, contemporary, and acro. She feels that dancing at SSDS has led to many opportunities as well as to making life long friends.  Not only is dance something Courtney has always loved, but she enjoys singing and acting as well. She now a senior at St. Joseph by the Sea High School, where she has performed in many theatrical plays and musicals. Courtney enjoys sharing her love of dance with the kids that she been teaching for the past 3 years. She hopes to have an impact on her students as she watches them grow as dancers.
JESSICA EPTING Jessica Epting's goal is to create and inspire a love for ballet in all of her students while promoting a high standard of excellence. In her classes students learn classical ballet including all the French terminology, and ballet history. Miss J’s students learn that challenging themselves both physically and mentally is one of the many joys of ballet and dance! In 1995, she founded En L’Air Dance Academy in Omaha, where she served as the owner/director and master teacher for six years. She has served as a principal faculty member teaching classical ballet at Omaha Academy of Ballet (Omaha, NE), Metropolitan Ballet Theater (Rockville, MD), Ballet Royale Academy (Columbia, MD), NewDance (Rye, NY), Ballet Hispanico (New York, NY) and The D’Valda, Sirico Dance Centre (Fairfield, CT) and The Boden Performing Arts Center (New York, NY. She is currently on the teaching staff at Broadway Dance Center (New York, NY).
SKY HOFFMANN SKY'S REEL For the past 20 years Sky Hoffmann has been a professional dancer, choreographer, artistic coach, dance educator and master teacher. Primarily focusing on the urban derived forms of dance and movement, Sky perceives dance not so much as art, but as life, a lifestyle. Primarily known for being Justin Timberlake's main dancer for two world tours, Sky has worked with many of today's A-list artists such as, Mariah Carey, "Emancipation of Mimi" Tour", Michael Jackson, "American Bandstand", "A Night at the Apollo", Janet Jackson "Doesn't Really Matter" VMA's, Will.i.am and Justin Beiber "Billboard Awards", Britney Spears "Pepsi", Beyonce "Dreamgirls" and many many more. More recently, Sky starred in "The Whitney Houston Movie" directed by Angela Bassett; choreographed and directed Japanese pop icon, Jin Akanishi for two tours; choreographed and supervised "America's Best Dance Crew"; was lead in Richmond and Tone Talauega's directorial debut of "Galactic Space Bar" and in-house choreographer for CBS promo spots for 3 years running. On the teaching front, Sky has instructed for numerous years for such well-known Los Angeles based dance schools as the Edge, Millenium and Debbie Reynolds as well as many notable stateside and overseas schools. He has also coached and consulted for upcoming and veteran artists such as YouTube superstar Megan Nicole, jazz singer James Tormé, lead singer Art Alexakis of band Everclear, and dance and pop icon Paula Abdul. Now on the east coast, Sky continues his dance and choreography career with BlocNYC as well as continuing his mentoring of today's future movers and shakers while still traveling to LA and around the world for various gigs.  
FRANKIE ZULFERINO Frankie Zulferino is a male pop artist and choreographer from New York. In his earlier years, Frankie started his career at SSDS.  He then went on to be a part of the boyband “WOW” and has opened up for musical artists such as Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Jason Derulo and Sean Kingston. He has also toured Europe with multi-platinum group, Westlife, where he performed at the London O2 Arena as well as Croke Park. Frankie was also one of the top four contestants in the New York episode of CW’s “The Next” where he was mentored by pop sensation, Joe Jonas. In the summer of 2013, Frankie was on the PopExplosion Tour which had stops in cities across Canada as well as the United States. Earlier this year, he was a co-headliner on the Reality Dance Jam Tour with IM5. In addition, Frankie was the choreographer for the Struck Boyz, who were finalists on the eighth season of America’s Got Talent. Frankie has been featured on world-renowned blog sites such as RyanSeacrest, PerezHilton, Examiner, Fanlala. as well as Oceanup. You can also find him in magazines such as Popstar, Twist, and M. Frankie is currently working with Ivy League Hits and will be releasing new music with Grammy award winning and multi-platinum producer, Ced Solo. Frankie has over 2,000,000 views on YouTube for his self-made music videos and recently wrapped up a six week promotional tour in China. Frankie is currently teaching master classes around the nation and is also part of the "Wild" dance convention.
LINDSAY UDIN Lindsay Udin is a graduate from LaGuardia High School for Performing Arts where she majored in dance. She grew up right here at the studio spending many years as a powerhouse competitive dancer for the SSDS Company. Lindsay specializes in teaching Hip Hop, Jazz, Tap, and our all boy Hip Hop program. In 2000, she appeared on the Sally Jesse Raphael show as one of "Sallys Most Talented Kids”.   The following year she won the title of Miss Richmond. This past June Lindsay returned from a 6 week tour in China where she was a back up dancer for our very own Frankie Zulferino. Lindsey now dedicates her life to the studio and also runs our recreational program at SSDS.  She is thankful for the opportunity to pass on her passion for the art of dance to your children.
NICOLETTE PETELEY Nicolette Peteley has been dancing here at Star Struck for 18 years and loves sharing her passion for dance with our students. In 2011, she graduated from LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts where she majored in dance. Nicolette knew coming out of high school dance was her passion and went on to sign with the well known agency MSA. Nicolette has been a back-up dancer for many artists such as LL Cool J, Cher Lloyd, Icona Pop, Omi and also opened up for the Rolling Stones. She recently traveled to China for 6 weeks to dance back up for our very own Frankie Zulferino. She has appeared on numerous television shows such as The Apollo, Americas Got Talent, Late Night With Jimmy Fallon and earned a spot in Hollywood Week of this past season on So You Think You Can Dance. In 2012 Nicolette became a Brooklyn Nets Dancer. She had an amazing experience on the team for 2 years, got to work with the best choreographers, was featured on television shows, and was able to travel to Singapore, Asia. This past year she moved to Los Angeles to work on the T.V show Hit The Floor as a Devil Girl dancer "Stephanie". Stay tuned to watch it on VH1 in 2016. Nicolette hopes to one day inspire children to live and pursue their dream of dance just like she has.
KRISTIN ZAZULKA Kristin Zazulka has been a member of Star Struck for the past 23 years as both a powerful dancer and fun-loving teacher. She is trained in all styles of dance; however her true passion is for Contemporary choreography. Kristin is a graduate of the College of Staten Island where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. She then moved on to receive a Master’s Degree in Education with a concentration in Mathematics. Kristin currently teaches 8th grade Math at IS 75 as well as runs an after school dance program. Her favorite part of the day is being at SSDS!  “To dance is to be out of yourself. Larger, more beautiful, more powerful “ ~ Agnes De Mille 
ANDREA BOSHNACK Andrea joined the Star Struck family in 1991 beginning her journey of recitals and dance competitions when her daughter Maria began dancing for our school. It was a place Andrea quickly learned to love. Her second daughter Gabriella also became a part of SSDS when she too started dancing in 1996. In September 2000, Andrea began working as a receptionist at Star Struck. You can always find her behind the desk at Star Struck, backstage at the recital, or even in a dressing room during competition- loving every minute of it. In addition to her two daughters, Andrea has a son Marco and celebrates  26 years with her husband Marc. 
MATT D'ORAZIO Matt Dorazzio just came on board with SSDS last year and what a phenomenal difference he has made in building the dancers body as well as their spirit.  He has been training for 33 years.  Matt has worked as a strength and conditioning coach at local high schools such as  St. Joseph by- the- Sea, Monsignor Farrell and Moore for numerous years. There is no sport or level of training that Matt has not conquered.  From high school to college level athletics as well as professional football players and his "Pro-Mama" fighters which is currently operating out of Real Fight Club, Matt woks hard to make a difference in many people's lives.  After witnessing first hand what it means to be a dancer while watching his daughter Alexa compete, Matt knew his areas of expertise would only enhance SSDS and bring them to the next level.  "Coach Matt" helps to inspire SSDS to be the best they can be.  
SKY HOFFMANN CARRIE'S REEL Carrie Locklyn is an all-around performer with 20 years of professional experience in many fields of the entertainment industry. She started her career in NYC as a professional dancer, print model, and commercial actress. Performing for, and working with such dance greats, top choreographers and directors as Wayne Cilento, Frank Hatchett, Danielle Flora, and Jerry Mitchell. She was featured on “MTVʼs VMAs” along side Jimmy Fallon and starred in multiple episodes of Saturday Night Live. Carrie was selected for two years in a row to be one of the faces for Nikeʼs print campaign “Nike Goddess” as well as appearing on national billboards for Hair Cuttery. After 5 years in NYC, Carrie moved to Los Angeles, California where her dancing career blossomed and she found herself working with such top choreographers as Michael Rooney, Marty Kudleka, Tabitha and Napoleon, Tina Landon, and Sky Hoffmann. Carrie toured the world with Mariah Carey for her come back “Emancipation of MiMi” tour and appeared in numerous television performances dancing for Mariah stateside and overseas. Carrie was also featured along side pop icon Justin Timberlake at the Espyʼs and then performing again with him, 50 cent, and T.I. at MTVʼs VMAs. Carrie has trained at prestigious LA acting schools including, Baron & Baron, Margie Haber, Leslie Kahn, and, most notably, a graduate of Hollywoodʼs improv school, “Improv Olympics West”. She continued her success in the television and modeling world appearing in print ads for Samsung, RayBan, Foot Action, K-Swiss, and staring in national commercials for such brands as Sears, Lenovo, Ford, Nation Wide, Visa, and K-mart. Carrie also has over two decades of dance teaching experience between Los Angeles and NYC with many points in between. She loves to give back to a community that has allowed her to travel the world and do what she loves. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation, something she's been doing along side her husband and fellow entertainer, Sky Hoffmann, as well as guiding newly signed clients for top agencies like Bloc LA. She most recently spent 6 weeks traveling the Mediterranean co- choreographing and directing “6-8 Cafe” an original show for Crystal Cruise Line. Carrie is excited to be back on the east coast where it all began and to raise her son, August, close to family. She continues her work as an actress, dancer, and choreographer from NYC and looks forward to her new chapter in life.
MARIA BOSHNACK Maria Boshnack began dancing at Star Struck 23 years ago under the instruction of Miss Gail and hasn’t stopped yet! She has studied with numerous master choreographers and is trained in all aspects of dance and acrobatics. While dancing competitively, Maria was awarded many scholarships recognizing her passion and love for dance. In 2010 she competed in the Miss Staten Island Pageant and received the Performing Arts Award along with being named 3rd runner up. Maria danced professionally for the NBA as a New Jersey Nets Dancer and a Brooklynettes dancer. While working for the NBA, she had the opportunity to dance in China, Istanbul, Mexico City, and England as well as various events. Maria graduated from Hunter College in 2012 with a Bachelors Degree in English and recently obtained her Masters Degree in  Early Childhood and Special Education, grades 1-6. During the day, Maria is an eighth grade English teacher at a local middle school. She hopes to present herself as a positive role model and instill her passion for dance in all of her students. Maria feels blessed to be able to do what she loves every day, with the people she loves! "Let us read and let us dance - two amusements that will never do any harm to the world." -Voltaire
JEOFFREY WATSON Born and raised in Staten Island, New York- Jeoffrey Watson is thee inaugural Mr. New York and has performed on the television shows- America's Got Talent and The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Jeoffrey has also performed numerous times with Blue Man Group as a dancer/artist. He is a graduate of The Alvin Ailey School and The Professional Performing Arts School located in Manhattan's Hell Kitchen. Jeoffrey was fortunate enough to have started his career at SSDS and has grown up learning from such phenomenal teachers and artists.  He has. danced a male lead part in a beautifully produced and very athletic show called, The Aluminum Show while on its Canadian tour, and has also performed with the world famous Ailey ballet and Bad Blood by Ulysses Dove, for The Las Vegas Contemporary Dance Theater.  Jeoffrey is on McDonald Selznick Associates Talent Agency's roster- where he is available for booking through his agent. 
JENNIFER RUSSO ARMAS Jennifer Russo has been with Star Struck since day one. She began as a member of the Company and presently assists in all costuming for the studio. Jennifer has extensive gymnastic training and is an incredible dancer, performer and instructor. She teaches all styles of dance and spends her Fridays running the office at SSDS. She is a graduate of the Fashion Institute for Technology in NYC where she earned her degree of science majoring in fashion merchandise management. She was employed as an account executive until the birth of her daughters Isabella Rose & Giadanna. She is currently a paraprofessional at IS75.  She looks forward to her daughters growing up at the studio the way she did.
CHRISSY NAPPI-MASELLA Chrissy Masella has been part of the Star Struck family for the last 25 years. She began as a member of the Company and continues to share her bubbly personality & talent at a place she considers her second home. After graduating from LaGuardia H.S. she went on to receive her bachelor’s degree in dance from Hunter College and her Masters degree in elementary education from St. Johns University. Chrissy is currently teaching at P.S. 3 as a 2nd grade Special Education Teacher and is the choreographer for the Children's Theater at Wagner College. She has danced and competed all over the country and has choreographed anything from fashion shows to community park openings. She loves to share her love of dance and plans on doing so for another 25 years at SSDS. This past year Chrissy was blessed to welcome her son Jax into the Star Struck family where he is officially the newest and youngest STRUCK BOY even though he hasn't learned to walk yet. “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning how to dance in the rain.”
JOAN WILLADSEN Joan Willadsen, “AKA” Grammy J, has been the studio’s biggest supporter right from the start. Though she’s not directly involved with the dance aspect of the business, she keeps things running smoothly by handling all the paper work. Joan is the official book keeper & den mom to the entire staff, not to mention Miss Gail’s personal therapist. Joan has been an employee at JP Morgan Chase for the past 37 years. Her family is what matters most and having both her daughters Gail and Erica follow their dreams is all any Mom could ask for. She is filled with pride and loves the part she plays at Star Struck.
